One-to-one Yoga therapy sessions will help you to dive deeper into yoga practices as part of your healing journey. Whether it's chronic pain, emotional challenges or you simply need inspiration, you will work collaboratively with Grace who will create a safe space for you and hold the content of what you bring to the session. First steps: 1. Contact Grace 2. Initial free consultation 3. Complete an intake form 4. Schedule a session/sessions Session prices are based on affordability. Suggested donation is £45 Sessions can be in a studio or online
