Service Description

This empowering workshop provides you with space to explore practices for self-regulation. Learn ways to calm your nervous system through movement, breathing, meditation, and creativity. Find strength through self-understanding and listen in to what your body is telling you. In this small group setting, we will explore the nervous system, understand the meaning of the Doshas, and explore movement and breath work that may support you and your body in staying regulated in day-to-day situations that you may normally find challenging.
