I'm Grace a Yoga Therapist, mentor and teacher. I'm here to help you reach an understanding of your inner well-being, mind and body. ​When we create space and time to listen in to what the body is telling us, we can understand what we need to begin a journey of self-growth and healing. Our body often holds on to emotional challenges in the form of chronic pain, tight muscles, digestive issues, hormonal spikes, stress, anxiety, and depression.

WHAT IS YOGA THERAPY?
Yoga Therapy is a mind-body therapy: Understanding what's happening in your body in response to your past/present experiences and relationships. Through the process of therapy, together we can make sense of your experiences and intentions, empowering your own self-growth and changes for the future. Sessions might consist of exploring subtle movements, breathing practices, meditation, creativity and talking, all relevant to your needs.
Grace will create a safe space for you to explore and share any insights that may surface during sessions. Together we may discover ways in which to release and elevate physical/chronic pain and emotional unrest. By creating practices relevant to your own body, Yoga Therapy can support self-growth, healing and positive changes both on and off the mat.
